DJI Dock 3 – Compact, Flexible, and Durable Autonomous Flight Station
Flexible Vehicle-Mounted Deployment
DJI Dock 3 is DJI’s first charging and flight coordination station that can be directly mounted on moving vehicles.
Thanks to its solid modular design and automatic calibration capability, the Dock maintains high stability even while operating on a moving vehicle.
The system also supports cloud-based position calibration, helping maintain accurate Dock coordinates in every situation, even during continuous movement.

Durable Operation in All Weather Conditions
Dock 3 is built to withstand extreme temperatures.
The station can operate and charge in environments up to 50 °C, and it can self-heat to ensure stable startup at –30 °C.
With an IP56 dust- and water-resistance rating, Dock 3 remains reliably operational in rain, wind, dust, or other harsh outdoor environments.

Fast Charging – Ready for the Next Mission
Dock 3 provides fast charging for drones, taking only about 27 minutes to charge the battery from 15% to 95% (at 25 °C).
This allows drones to quickly return to operation without manual battery replacement, reducing downtime between flights.
Compact, Robust, and Easy to Deploy
Weighing only 55 kg, Dock 3 is easy to install or transport to different locations.
When opened, the station measures 1760 × 745 × 485 mm, and when closed, it is just 640 × 745 × 770 mm—extremely compact for survey teams or mobile operations.
The Dock uses a 100–240 V AC power supply with a maximum output of 800 W, compatible with most standard electrical systems.
Stable Connectivity with Long-Range Transmission
Dock 3 supports D-RTK 3 Relay connectivity, enhancing control and video transmission up to 25 km when installed at a high position.
Cloud-Based Dock Location Calibration
During mobile operations, users can use DJI FlightHub 2 to calibrate the Dock’s position and assign tasks directly via the cloud platform.
This improves management efficiency, reduces setup time, and ensures accurate mission execution even when the Dock’s location changes.

Safe Dual-Dock Deployment
The Safe Dual-Dock Deployment feature allows two Docks to operate simultaneously in the same area or on a single vehicle.
An intelligent coordination system distributes missions safely, preventing overlaps and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Dual-Drone Rotation Mechanism
DJI Dock 3 supports rotation between two docks or two drones, enabling uninterrupted continuous operations.
This ensures constant real-time aerial imagery, ideal for real-time monitoring or emergency response.
When necessary, the Dock can also be equipped with lighting to provide 24/7 illumination for nighttime operations.

High-Performance Drone – DJI Matrice 4D/4TD
To maximize the capabilities of DJI Dock 3, drones such as the DJI Matrice 4D and Matrice 4TD are optimal choices thanks to their stable flight performance, multi-sensor cameras, and durability in harsh environments.
Powerful Flight Performance for Continuous Missions
The Matrice 4D/4TD offers a maximum flight time of up to 47 minutes and supports fast charging when paired with Dock 3.
With an IP55 rating, the drone remains stable in dusty, rainy, or extreme temperature conditions—ideal for industrial monitoring, rescue operations, and public safety.
Specialized Multi-Sensor Camera System
Depending on the version, the drone is equipped with a camera suite including:
Wide-angle, medium-tele, and long-tele lenses (up to 48 MP) for long-range observation, detailed infrastructure inspection, or wide-area monitoring.
A 1,800 m laser rangefinder for 3D mapping and accurate measurement.

The Matrice 4TD variant adds a 640 × 512 thermal camera and a 100 m NIR spotlight, supporting rescue, search, and nighttime surveillance.

Safe Autonomous Flight
A rotating LiDAR sensor combined with millimeter-wave radar allows the drone to detect obstacles as small as 12 mm at high speeds.
This feature is highly suitable when operating with Dock 3 in urban areas, substations, power lines, or complex terrain.
Effective Operation in Low-Light Environments
The Matrice 4D has four high-resolution fisheye lenses for positioning in low-light conditions.
The 4TD variant also supports black-and-white night mode, Night Scene, and ultra-high-resolution (UHR) thermal imaging, ensuring clear data collection day and night.
Detailed Long-Range Observation
The 48 MP telephoto camera can detect small cracks from 10 m away, identify signs up to 250 m, or inspect the underside of bridges thanks to a gimbal tilt of up to 80°.
An optimized stabilization system ensures stable imagery even at high zoom levels.
Optimized for Autonomous Missions from the Dock
When integrated with Dock 3 and DJI FlightHub 2, the Matrice 4D/4TD can:
Take off and land automatically on schedule
Perform routine patrols or real-time incident monitoring
Transmit live video to the control center
Support mapping, infrastructure inspection, public safety, rescue, and border surveillance
The combination of Dock 3 and the Matrice 4D/4TD creates a comprehensive autonomous flight solution ideal for businesses, government agencies, and rapid response units.
