Data Security and Privacy Protection

DJI is committed to protecting the integrity of user data, including images, videos, flight logs, and operational records. DJI FlyCart 30 and DJI DeliveryHub are built with multi-layered security systems to ensure end-to-end safety—from device connection and data transmission to cloud storage.

Secure Cloud Storage:
All data is uploaded, stored, and managed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, certified under ISO/IEC 27001, guaranteeing top-tier security and reliability.

Data Control Rights:
DJI does not access user data without permission. Users can grant or revoke access anytime under “Network Security Mode”, or enable “Local Data Mode” to operate entirely offline without an internet connection.

Data Transmission and Encryption:
All transmission processes are end-to-end encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Sensitive information such as emails, phone numbers, and locations is further protected using AES-256-CBC encryption, one of the world’s most advanced security standards.

Device Data Erasure:
Users can permanently delete data generated during operation. The DJI Pilot 2 app allows deletion of logs, caches, or a full device reset to factory settings—ensuring complete control over personal data.
